zfj repo view [<owner>/<repo>] [--json] [--web]

The first command of the new zfj repo group, so this one also brings in src/cli/repo.zig, its entry in main.zig, the positional repository resolution the rest share, GLOSSARY.md's Repositories section, and ADR 0006.

The repository: a positional <owner>/<repo>; a bare <repo> is the authenticated user's (one userGetCurrent); with no argument it comes from the clone's upstream/origin remote, with the same host check as Context.repository.
Text output: full name, description, visibility, archived/template/fork state (with the parent's full name for a fork), default branch, website, the https and ssh clone URLs, and the stars, forks, open issues and open pull requests counts.
--json writes repoGet's response as it came. --web opens html_url through porcelain.openInBrowser.
