zfj repo list [<owner>] [--json]

No owner: userCurrentListRepos, the authenticated user's repositories and those of organizations they belong to.
An owner: userListRepos. The specification doesn't say whether that answers for an organization; check against a real instance, and if it doesn't, use orgListRepos for an owner that is an organization.
Honors --paginate through porcelain.collect.
Text output: one line per repository: full name, its visibility/fork/archived/mirror marks, and the first line of the description.
No filters yet; they come later through repoSearch.
