jeff/winget-pkgs#24 made new-version read a new MSI's ProductCode from the MSI, so product-codes is no longer needed. This documents it as an override only, in action.yml, the script and the README, and drops the README's msiinfo step. The input itself is unchanged, so programs passing it keep working.

A dry run submitting a pretend Zfj 0.4.1 from 0.4.0's MSI, with no product-codes, wrote and checked the version.

Closes #8.

jeff/winget-pkgs' new-version now reads a new MSI's ProductCode from the
MSI itself, so a program no longer has to read it out with msiinfo and
pass it. The input stays, since programs pin the action and may still
pass it, but it is now only for writing a code other than the MSI's.
