Part of #18

What to build

zixl-dump [-t] [-s] [-d DIR] FILE, as msidump has it. It writes each table as TABLE.idt and each binary cell's stream into a directory named for its table. With -s, it also writes every stream into _Streams. -S (the signature) is refused by name.

Acceptance criteria

  • The files written match msidump's for zixl's and wixl's package of every fixture, apart from the documented differences.
  • -d chooses the directory, the current one by default.

Done in 5cecf36, green in CI run 18.

  • zixl-dump takes -t, -s and -d, as msidump does. -S is refused by name.
  • Binary cells go in TABLE/KEY.ibd and streams into _Streams. The summary stream's file has no leading control character, which Windows forbids in file names (ADR-0006).
  • Every .idt, binary file and stream matches msidump's for both packages of every fixture, after the documented normalizations.
