Adds the references behind the submitter and its token to the README's References cited:

  • Forgejo's API description: where every request field was checked.
  • services/authz/access_token.go (v16.0.6): a token limited to particular repositories may have only the issue and repository scopes.
  • routers/api/v1/utils/access_token.go (v16.0.6): a token is created for the user whose password signs the request.
