Installing the completion scripts.

Nix package: share/fish/vendor_completions.d/zfj.fish, share/bash-completion/completions/zfj, share/zsh/site-functions/_zfj, copied from src/cli/completions/ (no running zfj, so cross builds work too). Add them to the package's fileset.
Release archives: all four scripts in each archive, in a completions/ directory.
MSI: zfj.ps1 installed beside zfj.exe.
README: a "Shell completion" section saying what is completed (and that nothing is fetched from the instance), how each shell loads it (zfj completion fish | source, a bash-completion directory or source <(zfj completion bash), fpath for zsh, and zfj completion powershell | Out-String | Invoke-Expression in $PROFILE), and what the packages do already.
CONTRIBUTING: a line saying that a new command or option is completed with no extra work, since it is read from the same tables as --help.
