The local values __complete offers beyond the command line itself.

Instance names from the config for --instance, logout <name> and default <name>. Names only, not URLs. A missing or broken config means none, silently.
Workflow files for workflow run <file> and run list -w: the basenames of *.yaml / *.yml in .forgejo/workflows/ at the clone's top level, or in .gitea/workflows/ when the former doesn't exist (Forgejo's own rule). Found from anywhere in the clone; outside a clone, none.
:files for -F / --body-file and for any zfj op param the specification types as a file upload.
:dirs for repo clone's <directory>.
Everything else (numbers, -R, owners, labels) gets :none.
Unit tests for each, with a fixture config and a temporary clone.
