What

zfj workflow run <file> [--ref <ref>] [-f key=value]…: dispatch a workflow.

Calls dispatchWorkflow with return_run_info; -f is repeatable and fills inputs.
--ref defaults to the repository's default branch, as gh does — not the local branch, which may never have been pushed.
Prints the new run's run number and URL; --json prints the run as the API sent it.
zfj workflow alone lists its commands, which are only run for now: the API has no operation listing a repository's workflows.

Done when

zfj workflow run starts a run of a workflow that is harmless to dispatch — not release.yaml, which would publish a release and submit it to winget again — and prints its run number, -f inputs reach the workflow, and the README and usage describe it.
