What

zfj run list: a repository's runs, newest first, from every branch unless filtered.

-s/--status <status>, -e/--event <event> (each repeatable, as the operation allows), -w/--workflow <file>, -b/--branch <branch> (sent as --ref refs/heads/<branch>), -c/--commit <sha>.
-L/--limit <n>, default 20; --paginate as a global option, as elsewhere.
Prints run number, workflow, event, branch, status and when it started; --json prints the runs as the API sent them.
--web opens the repository's Actions page with the same filters applied.
-R owner/repo, else the repository on origin, as issue list does.

Done when

zfj run list -w release.yaml -L 1 in this repository shows run 43 (v0.5.0), the README and zfj run usage describe it, and its tests pass.
