What

zfj pr view <n>, zfj pr list, zfj pr diff <n>, and perhaps pr create. Today these are zfj op repoGetPullRequest / repoListPullRequests / repoDownloadPullDiffOrPatch.

The issue commands already take a PR's number (one index space), so comments, labels and closing are covered; issue list leaves PRs out.
