Delete branch "fixed-submitter"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Running
tools/setup-submitterfrom jeff/winget-pkgs failed at minting the token with a 400. Forgejo v16 lets a token limited to particular repositories have onlyread/writeissueandrepositoryscopes (services/authz/access_token.go,ValidateRepositoryResource), so theread:userthatGET /userneeds can't be combined with the repository limit. We chose to keep the limit.GET /user. It commits aswinget-bot <[email protected]>(the account's actual email, read through the admin API) and authenticates git aswinget-bot.write:repositoryandwrite:issue, and says why the identity is built in.Tests pass. Goes with the matching change to the wizard in jeff/winget-pkgs.
