Record cap. At max_records (256, src/status.zig) a report for a new record is dropped. The spec says to evict the least recently updated record instead.
OSC 9;4 after OSC 7501. harrier keeps a 9;4 progress beside the 7501 records and shows whichever is newer (Pane.barOf). The spec says a terminal mapping 9;4 onto the root record SHOULD stop once a real 7501 report arrives, until the next RIS.

Each with a test.

Two places harrier's OSC 7501 handling differs from the Program Status Protocol, rev 0.4 (https://www.superlogical.com/rex/docs/build/program-status). Neither affects Claude Code, which sends at most 33 records and no OSC 9;4 to harrier. - [ ] **Record cap.** At `max_records` (256, `src/status.zig`) a report for a new record is dropped.
